How do I change my Email or Password?

Change the email or password on your Plus account

To change your email address:

To change your password:

STEP 1: From the portal, click your account name, then select Personal Account Settings.

STEP 2: Go to the User tab, then proceed to Security. In the Login and Privacy section, click the Edit Password button.

STEP 3: Enter your current password first, then your new password. Retype the new password to confirm it. Then, click the Save button.

Important Information:

  • It is recommended that you change your password every 30 days.

  • Strong passwords are more difficult to crack than simple passwords. Accessing the account with a password with the specified structure will be more difficult.
