There are two ways on how to add your contacts in JuanTax:
A. Create a contact manually one by one
B. Batch import your contacts list using a CSV file


A. Manual Entry

STEP 1: From the sidebar menu, select Contacts.

STEP 2: Proceed to the Contacts tab.

STEP 3: Fill out the contact information. Once done, click the Add Contact button below.

To apply filters in your contacts list:

Select which attributes you want to appear on your contacts list, click the New button on the Contacts list page then select the appropriate filters.

NOTE: The filtering options you selected will NOT automatically reset when you log in/out of your account. This will only change or be cleared out if you decide to remove them.

To update the Contact Information:

Select the name of the contact whose details you want to change.

B. Importing your Contacts

NOTE: There are no limits to the number of contacts that you can import in JuanTax.

STEP 1: From the Contacts List page, click on the Import button.

STEP 2: Choose whether to download the template and prepare your document or proceed to upload it into the system directly if it is already prepared.

A. Download template

  • Prepare your CSV file. You may also extract your SLSPs as a CSV so you do not need to re-type it again.

  • Make sure your CSV file has a header. Type the name of the header which best describes the whole column.

B. Select files to upload

If you already have the file prepared, upload it into the system by clicking the Select files to upload button.

STEP 3: Map the required corresponding fields and hit the Next button.

STEP 4: Review the information you entered to make sure it is correct. Once certain that everything is in order, click on the Next button.

That’s it! Your Contacts have been successfully saved in JuanTax.
