STEP 1: JuanTax PLUS users can add this feature to their organization by clicking Partner Services in the sidebar menu then choose Legal.
STEP 2: Click the Get Legal Advice button.
STEP 3: The following page will ask you to provide a subject title and a short description of your legal concern. Once you’ve populated the necessary fields, click on Send and your legal concern will be sent to Legal Tree right away.
Please wait 2-3 business days for Legal Tree to get back to you.
Pending legal concerns can be viewed in the My Advisories tab.
Legal Tab - here, users will be able to track the number of consultations that they availed of in the add-on. Users will also be able to add new consultations from this tab by clicking the + New Consultation button on the upper right part of the page.
The Consultation Details are also viewable from your Billing Settings where you can see the Name of the organization, Type of Add-on (Legal or Accounting Taxation), and Date when you filed for your legal concern.
