# How to set up and use PayMongo

Learn how to set-up a PayMongo account to use it in topping up credits to your JuanTax account

**STEP 1:** Visit [paymongo.com](https://paymongo.com/) and create an account for FREE.

**STEP 2:** To get started, input your basic information such as your email, name, contact number, and password.

**STEP 3:** Once you have signed up, you will be asked to confirm your email address. After verifying your email address, you will be re-directed to the activation page where you will submit your documents. The process for activation usually takes 5-7 business days upon submission of all required documents.
