You might wonder why your uploaded 2303 was rejected by our system. It may be one of the following reasons below:
The submitted document is unreadable because it is too dark, blurred, or obscured by the camera flash.
The submitted Information on COR does not match the organization's details. One example is when your address in your COR is different from the one that you entered in JuanTax.
Some CORs have 2 pages, and the 2nd page was not uploaded.
The submitted document is not a COR.
