How to Delete or Cancel a Subscription

Only the owner (subscriber) of the organization can delete an organization.

STEP 1: On your portal, click the more button of the subscription you wish to downgrade and select Delete Organization.

STEP 2: A pop-up window will appear. Make sure to:

1. Read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Enter your contact information.

3. Choose one or more reasons for downgrading.

4. Check the box next to I ACCEPT.

5. Click the Delete Organization button.

That's it! Your organization's status will now switch to Pending Deletion.
