Common questions:
Do you accept a credit/debit card payment under a different name/not under the taxpayer’s name?
Yes, we do. As long as the card is valid.
Do you accept PayPal payments?
Not at the moment. But if you do not have an actual credit card, you may use a virtual one instead, like PayMaya.
Important Information:
For successful transactions, a Tax Return Receipt Confirmation will also be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Make sure that your cards have enough balance to pay for your tax dues.
Failed transactions will show prompts or onscreen error messages. Possible reasons for failed transactions can be:
Do not Honor: The issuing bank refused to validate the transaction.
Insufficient Funds: The account did not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount at the time of the transaction.
Disclaimer: All tax payments made through the JuanTax platform will be processed by BIR-accredited e-payment providers such as UnionBank, GCash, PayMaya, and others.
