Personal Account Settings (New)

It's important to update your account information.

  • User Settings

  • Billing Settings

Once you log in to your JuanTax account, Click your name on the upper right hand corner of your portal, select Personal Account Settings.

To update the background and contact information on your JuanTax account, click Profile tab to edit.

Security settings allows you to manage your password, add an extra layer of security on your account and a one time 6-digit PIN in addition to your password and username.

Billing Settings

On the Billing tab, under Subscription you will see the Plans that we offer. Your organizations are categorized based on their subscription plans.

We have the Standard, Plus and Premium Plan. It helps you to save 90% of your time.

  • Standard shows all the organizations subscribed to standard plan

  • Plus is divided into annual and monthly. Annual shows all the organization subscribed to annual plus plan the as those who subscribed to monthly plus plan.

  • Premium has all the list of all your organization subscribed to this plan.

Click “View Pricing” to know more about the information Plans you are choosing. 

If you want another person to receive the Billing Statements aside from the one already listed, you may do so by clicking the “Add another billing contact” button. 

Note: Details entered in this section will appear in the Official Receipt that we provide to our users. 

 

Once your billing information is set-up, more tabs will appear; Unbilled Charges, Credits, Credit Card and History.

Unbilled Charges are the forms and/or certificates you have generated for this coverage month which will be billed on the 5th of the following month. 

You can pay JuanTax through the top-up option. Buy credits or load your account via Coins.PH. or Paymaya. 

Note: Minimum top-up amount is P1,000 with P500 increments. You are also allowed to see your remaining credits.

Another convenient way to pay for JuanTax is through Credit Card. For security reasons, we're not storing any credit or debit card details. 

To proceed, check the box of the billing disclosure then click "Next". You will be asked to enter your Credit Card information.

Note:  When adding a card, check first if the pop up blocker of your browser is disabled. Otherwise, you won't see the pop up message from our card provider confirming the process. Also, the pop up window will close by itself. Do not close it forcibly as it may result in failure of adding the card.  

Billing History tracks all your paid Billing Statements.
