Firm Settings 101

Exploring the functionalities of Firm Settings in JuanTax.

Note: For accounting and bookkeeping firms as well as outsourcing companies, you’ll need to get in touch with our Partner Success Manager if you want to have these features added to your account. Once set, your assigned account manager will be the one responsible for inviting you as a member of features such as Firm Settings.

Firm Settings is the place where you could access basic information about your accounting or bookkeeping firm, such as name, address, and phone number, as well as things like subscription details and staff.

To access Firm Settings, click your Account Name then select Firm Settings.

After that, you would be able to access the following:

  •  Firm’s Basic Information

  •  Billing Settings

  • Staff Management

  • IP address Restriction

  1. Firm Information

Be able to view and edit basic information about your accounting firm, such as Firm Name, TIN, Address, Phone, and Logo. Aside from that, you can also link your social media accounts such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Simply click the Save button once you’ve finished updating any details in this section.

2. Billing Settings

Be able to view and edit your billing settings, such as:

  • Pricing

  • Subscription

  • Billing Contract

  • Unbilled Charges

  • Credit Card

  • Credits

  • History

3. Staff Management

Be able to manage each staff member of your accounting firm by adding them as a member within your Staff section.

Not only does it give you the ability to add employees and search each one accordingly, but it also gives you the option of assigning them unique user role privileges.

4. IP Address Restriction

This is where you can set a specific IP address for access to the firm's information. This is to give extra security to your firm's information.
