How to record tax payments made outside of JuanTax (Manual)

Get to know how to use Manual for recording payment of your tax dues.

Once you've filed your return using our platform, you may seamlessly settle your tax obligations through JuanTax as well. While we provide convenient electronic payment methods, we understand you may have alternative preferences.

This article details the process of recording taxes paid externally, also known as Manual Payment.


Once you're ready to record the payment, click on the File Now button on the upper right part of the screen, and a side menu will appear

1. On the side menu, select Manual Payment, then click Update.

2. From the Select Particular drop-down menu, choose the payment option you used to pay your taxes externally.

3. Input the rest of the information, such as Bank Details, Date, Tax Due, Tax Penalty and Total Amount then click on the +Add Payment button.

4. Once you're all set, click the Update Payment button.

You will receive a notification that the payment detail has been succesfully updated.

Congratulations! You are now all set.

Important Information:

Manual Payment is for recording purposes only. For this option, you still need to go to Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) to pay your tax dues.
