To access the BIR Form 2550-M, the user must click the refresh button on the dashboard.
Carryovers for the 2550-Q (based on the start date) will be disabled once the 2550-M is turned on.
Carryovers for 2550-Q (based on the start date) will be enabled if 2550-M is turned off.
