Only the OWNER (Subscriber) of the organization can downgrade a subscription.

Follow the steps below on how to do it:

STEP 1: On your portal, click the more button of the subscription that you wish to downgrade and select Downgrade Subscription.

STEP 2: A pop-up window will appear showing the Downgrade Subscription Request.

Please take note of the following terms and enter your contact number. Select a reason/s for downgrade and check the tick box beside I ACCEPT if you agree to the terms above. Lastly, click the Downgrade Subscription button.

STEP 3: You will receive an automated email confirmation regarding your request and one of our JuanTax team members will reach out to you within 24 hours. Your organization's status will also change from Plus to Pending Downgrade.
