Only the owner (subscriber) of the organization can delete an organization.
STEP 1: On your portal, click the more button of the subscription you wish to downgrade and select Delete Organization.
STEP 2: A pop-up window will appear. Make sure to:
Read the terms and conditions carefully.
Enter your contact information.
Choose one or more reasons for downgrading.
Check the box next to I ACCEPT.
Click the Delete Organization button.
That's it! Your organization's status will now switch to Pending Deletion.
