STEP 1: In your organization's sidebar menu, select Settings > Email Settings.
STEP 2: Click on the plus (+) button and enter the required details on the pop-up window such as Email Adress and Name, click Update Email Address to proceed.
STEP 3: You will get a notification on the upper right part of the screen that the Email Address has been successfully added. To include an email address to the list of persons who will be copied and receive a Tax Return Confirmations from the BIR through email, simply click the radio button under MARK AS DEFAULT.
NOTE: You can also Edit, Search, or Delete an email address in bulk by ticking on the checkboxes on the far left part of the screen.
