STEP 1: On the Menu Bar, click Settings.

STEP 2: Select PDF Report Settings and input all the necessary information such as the Name, Title/Position, and TIN for the following positions:
President/Vice President/Principal Officer/Accredited Tax Agent/Authorized Representative/Taxpayer
Treasurer/Assistant Treasurer
Tax Agent Acc. No./Atty's Roll No. (if applicable)

After filling out the fields with the appropriate information, click the Update Information button to save your changes.
