How to Cash-in to GCash

You can also use GCash to top-up credits on your JuanTax account for a more convenient subscription payment

Convenience Store (7-Eleven)

Step 1. Go to the CLiQQ kiosk and select ‘e-money.’

Step 2. Select GCash and type in your GCash registered mobile number. Input your 11-digit GCash mobile number.

Step 3. Type in the amount you want to Cash-In and confirm. Wait for the printed receipt.

Step 4. Present receipt to the cashier and pay. You will receive a text confirmation upon successful Cash-In.

Cash In to Machines (TouchPay, eTap / Pay & Go)

Step 1. Select GCash Cash-In at the machine.

Step 2. Input your 11-digit GCash mobile number.

Step 3. Enter the desired cash-in amount.

Step 4. Insert the cash payment.

Step 5. Wait for the machine to print out a receipt.

Step 6. Wait for an SMS confirmation of your cash-in transaction.

Supermarket (Puregold, Savemore, SM Hypermarket & Supermarket)

Step 1. Inform the cashier that you would like to Cash-In to your GCash wallet.

Step 2. Tap on the “Generate Barcode” button in the GCash App under Cash-in.

Step 3. Cashier to confirm, collect a payment, and print receipt. You will receive a text confirmation upon successful Cash-In before leaving the store

Pawnshop (Cebuana Lhuillier, Villarica, Tambunting, Palawan Pawnshop)

Step 1. Fill out the GCash Service Form. Enter your 11-digit GCash mobile number and cash-in amount.

Step 2. Present a valid ID along with your payment.

Step 3. Receive a text message confirming your cash in.

How to Cash In using BPI

Step 1. Select Cash In on the dashboard. Then, under the Online Banking tab, select 'BPI.'

Step 2. Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet. Then, tap on which BPI Savings or Checking account to cash-in from. When you tap Next, confirm the amount for cash-in.

Step 3. BPI will send an authentication code to your BPI-registered mobile number for security purposes. Select Send Code, then input the Authentication Code when you receive the SMS.

Step 4. Once submitted, you will see the confirmation screen for having successfully cashed in through BPI. This should reflect immediately on your GCash dashboard. You will also receive an email and confirmation text of your Bank to GCash transaction.

Cash In via MasterCard/Visa

Step 1. Select Cash In on the dashboard and select the Online Banking option. Tap on MasterCard/Visa Card.

Step 2. Input the amount you wish to cash in and select the card you wish to cash in from. The last four digits of the card will be indicated, as well as the MasterCard or Visa logo. Confirm the amount you wish to cash in.

Step 3. Depending on your card type, you will be redirected to your bank’s page to verify your card. Input the One-Time-Pin (OTP) sent through SMS from your bank.

Different banks have different methods of verification. The most common is an OTP sent from your bank through SMS. Input the OTP code to verify your card.

Step 4. Once this is done, wait for the confirmation SMS of your transaction. Your wallet will reflect the additional funds once your transaction is finished.

Remittance Partner (Western Union)

Step 1. Login to the GCash App.

Step 2. Select ‘Cash-In’ then select Western Union.

Step 3. Enter the amount to Cash-In, 10-digit MTCN, and country of birth.


How to Cash-In via PayPal

Step 1. Log in to the GCash app. Select Cash-In on the dashboard. Then, under the Remittance tab, select PayPal.


Step 2. Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet (minimum php500.00). When you tap Next, confirm the amount for cash-in.
For seamless transactions, convert your PayPal funds into Peso (PHP) to proceed for withdrawal.


Step 3. A screen will be prompted to notify that the transaction is in progress, and will be received within the next 24 hours.

Step 4. You will receive an email that your PayPal account has been debited with the cash-in amount.


Step 5. You will receive an SMS notification once the funds have been successfully cashed-in to your GCash wallet.
