Set up a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra level of security to your JuanTax account.

Cyberattacks, such as phishing, credential stuffing, keyloggers, etc., are becoming more prevalent and anyone can be a victim. The good news is that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protects you from all of that.

Multi-factor authentication solution is 100% FREE and easy to deploy. This gives your account an extra layer of protection. Don’t be a victim of cyberattacks, start protecting your account today!

How to start:

  1. Download an authenticator app on your computer or mobile device from the app store. You can install any app of your choice but one's that free to download and easy to use is Google Authenticator. Follow the installation instructions provided for your device on how to add an account.

2. From the portal, click your Account Name and choose Personal Account Settings.

3. Under the User tab, go to Security and select your preferred Security Method (Authentication App or One-Time password).

Important Notes:

  • Newly signed-up users and/or existing users who did not set up their MFA will automatically receive their OTP thru their registered email address.

Input this code into the login page together with your username and password to be able to access your account.

  • You also have an option to remember verification for your device for 30 days.
