# View Activity in Your Percentage Tax Report

View history of activities in your percentage tax report in JuanTax.

The **Notes and Activity** section serves as the audit trail which shows the history of all activities including user within a certain report. Simply navigate to your percentage tax return detail page and click on the **Notes and Activity** tab.
