Important things you need to know:

  • Only one promo code can be applied to an organization.

  • Our romotions are not convertible to cash.

  • Promo codes run for a limited time or expire after a set period. You need to upgrade the organization during this period to receive the discount.

  • Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.

  • Anyone in the organization that has access to the Billing account can apply the code.

To apply a promo code:

STEP 1: Choose the organization name where you’d like to apply the promo code, select Plus, then Get JuanTax Plus

STEP 2: Select your billing plan, enter the promo code then click Apply. Do not forget to tick on the check-box to confirm that you agreed on the terms and conditions and click on the Subscribe button to continue.

Once you’ve redeemed the promo code, it will be applied to your next subscription invoice.

If you’re unable to apply a promo code, check the following troubleshooting steps:

  • You have not used the code in the past.

  • The promo code is still valid (not expired).

  • The organization is eligible for the promotion.

  • The code has been entered incorrectly.

If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, reach out to JuanTax’s Support Team via chat and if possible, please attach a screenshot of the error message you received.
