  1. Please take note that before you are allowed to generate a 1604C in JuanTax, your 1601C must first be filed and paid for the whole year. This can also be based on your organization’s start date in JuanTax.

2. There are 5 available tabs inside the 1604C report:

a. Summary - consists of the report’s details.

b. Remittance - The information for this section will come from your 1601Cs, so it's critical to ensure that your monthly reports are filed and paid.

c. Sources: This tab, which includes information about your employee(s), is followed by three other tabs:

i. Manual Added Source - If you have an employee(s) that was not included in your 1601C report, this is where you can manually add them

Steps in adding employee(s):

1. Click the (+) add/plus icon.

2. Search for the employee's name.

3. Input the employee data.

4. Table listing - The information you have entered in the manually added source will be pulled from either Schedule 1 or Schedule 2, depending on the employee’s wage type.

ii. Schedule 1 – Alphalist of Employees (Declared and Certified using BIR Form No. 2316) - These are the employees that were automatically pulled from your 1601C tax returns. Only those employees with Employee Wage Types that are considered to be Above Minimum Wage Earners are pulled from this schedule.

2. Details - Default tab: 2 tabs (Present Employer and Total Summary) - there are cases where there can be 3 visible employee summaries. This happens when the taxpayer declares that the specific employee has had a previous employer.

iii. Schedule 1 – Schedule 2 – Alphalist of Minimum Wage Earners (Declared and Certified using BIR Form No. 2316) - These are the employees that were automatically pulled from your 1601C tax returns. The only employee type pulled in this schedule is those whose Employee Wage Type is considered as Minimum Wage Earner.
