1. Please take note that before you are allowed to generate a 1604F in JuanTax, your 1601FQ(Quarterly Return) must first be filed and paid for the whole year.

2. There are 5 available tabs inside the 1604F report:

a. Summary - consists of the report’s details

B. Remittance - Schedule 1 (Remittance per BIR Form No. 1601-FQ on Final Taxes Withheld) - this shows the payment details automatically pulled from your 1601FQ. That's why it is important to check that your quarterlies are Filed and Paid

3. Alphalist - Schedule 1 - Alphalist of Payees Subjected to Final Withholding Tax (Declared and certified using BIR Form No. 2306). These are the sources that were automatically pulled from 1601FQ tax returns.

Once a transaction has been clicked, a pop modal will appear which shows the details of the specific transaction. There is also a view clickable label which when clicked, opens a new tab that redirects to the 1604FQ where those transactions were reported to.

4. PDF Report
