Export Hub

Export Hub is a convenient cloud solution that enables JuanTax users to simplify the collation of exported documents. Using this feature, you can conveniently export different reports or forms out of JuanTax such as:

Features:

  • Data management: Export Hub lets you manage the data that you own, and export them anytime.

  • Flexible filter options: Helps you narrow your search and limit the types of information that are exported. Choose what you want to export, from tax returns, transactions, to reports.

  • Export status monitoring: Monitor the status of your export using the displayed banner on the Export Hub page.


A. From the sidebar menu, click on Export Hub.

  • File Export List - This list will show the files that are already exported.

  • File Export Status - This will show files that are already in progress or those that have errors.

B.2 Filter Options - The Filter options will show you the Type of Tax Return, File, File Type, Start and End Date for a specific organization. You can also select multiple forms, types, and files for each option.

  1. Tax Return - This dropdown will show all forms available for a specific organization.

  2. File -This will show all files and attachments.

  3. File Type - Here, you can find all the file types.

  4. Start Date - A calendar will pop up and you can select a start date range to search.

  5. End Date - You can also set the end date. Click the year to see a list of months, then use the left and right arrows to move through the calendar.

The data that appears will be based on the filter options and filter tags that you selected.

B.4 File Export List

Things to remember:

  • The data that appears will be based on the filter options and filter tags that you selected.

  • Files that are ready to download will also appear here.

  • This section is collapsible.

  • There are 4 columns: File, Tax Return, Date, and Info

  1. File - Once the user clicks on File (Pink Text), the file will automatically download or be exported.

  2. Tax Return - Specifies which tax return the file came from.

  3. Date - Shows the timestamp when the export request was made and who requested it.

  • The data that appears will be based on the filter options and filter tags that you selected.

  • The progress and status of your file will appear here.

  • There are 4 columns: File, Tax Return, Date, and Info.

  1. File - Once the user clicks on File (Pink Text), the file will automatically download or be exported.

  2. Tax Return - Specifies from which tax return the file came from.

  3. Date - Shows the timestamp when the export request was made and who requested it.

C.2 Tax Forms

After clicking the button, a modal will appear.

C.3 Tax Forms

A banner will appear showing the status (in progress, completed, or with error) of the file you are trying to export.

You can click the pink text Export Hub from the banner to get directed to the Export Hub.

Once done, simply click the β€œxβ€œ button on the top right corner of the banner to close the banner itself.

The banner will also show whether the download did not push through.

C.4 Tax Forms

In situations where you try to export a file that is still in progress, an error modal will appear.

Important Information:

  • All users can access this module except those who have Read-Only and Staff Preparer access.

  • All data that has been exported will not be directed to their respective module but instead will go straight to the Export Hub.
