How to start:

STEP 1: Download an authenticator app on your computer or mobile device from the app store. You can install any app of your choice but one's that free to download and easy to use is Google Authenticator. Follow the installation instructions provided for your device on how to add an account.

STEP 2: From the portal, click your Account Name and choose User Security.

STEP 3: Select your preferred Security Method (Authentication App or One-Time password).


Important Notes:

  • Newly signed-up users and/or existing users who did not set up their MFA will automatically receive their OTP thru their registered email address.

Input this code into the login page together with your username and password to be able to access your account.

  • You also have an option to remember verification for your device for 30 days.
