STEP 1: Click the Add New Organization button. If you are creating a fresh organization, choose the Add New Organization option.
STEP 2: Under Classification, you need to indicate whether your organization is an Individual or Non-Individual
2. A. For Non-Individual Users:
Start setting up your organization by filling out the required fields based on the business' Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303) or COR.
Enter your complete Business Address based on what's indicated on your COR.
Finally, enter your correct TIN, RDO, and Financial Year End details. Hit the Next button to finish the process.
That's it! You have now successfully created a new (Non-Individual) Fast File account.
2. B. For Individual Users:
Choose the Individual option then hit the Next button.
Start setting up your organization, start by entering your Trade Name, Complete Name, and your Line of Business, hit Next to continue to the next step.
Enter your complete Organization Address, hit Next to proceed.
Finally, enter your correct TIN and RDO details. Hit the Next button to finish the process.
That's it! You have now successfully created a new (Individual) Fast File account.
