Multi-Factor Authentication as a required set up to your JuanTax account.

Multi-Factor Authentication is a highly-recommended security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your JuanTax account.

Important Notes:

  • Once you enable MFA in your account, JuanTax will require a six-digit security code in addition to your password whenever you sign in or link a new device to your account.

  • Newly signed-up users and/or existing users who did not set up their MFA will automatically receive their OTP thru their registered email address.
