Starting August 1st, 2022, we've updated our Terms of Use. Please read carefully to understand the changes that may be relevant to you.

Here’s the summary of the key changes:

  1. All postpaid subscribers will be converted to prepaid accounts.

  2. You will receive an invoice on the 1st of the month and it is due immediately.

  3. Starting August 1, accounts with unpaid dues will be locked immediately, but you can pay your balance and have your account unlocked at any time.

Please take a moment to read our Terms of Use and keep in mind that by using our services starting August 1, 2022, you agree to the said changes.

Starting September 1, 2022, JuanTax will raise its convenience fees. You can review these price updates by logging into your Plus account.

This price increase is minimal and something we must do to continue to provide you with the quality you've come to expect.
