Invite people from your practice or business to become JuanTax users and set their access based on their role on your organization.
Has access to all features and functions including adding contacts, creating transactions, marking the transaction as paid, generating, filing and amending tax reports. The Admin User role can also make changes in the Organization Settings and determine who can get access to an organization using the Manage User Role function.
Has almost full access to JuanTax features and functions from creating contacts and transactions to approving and filing tax return. Compare to the Admin User role, the Approver cannot Amend a Filed Return and make changes in the Settings section.
This role is designed for member of the organization that only needs to review and approve data in Juantax. He/She can approve entered transactions and view draft & filed tax return and able to download it if necessary.
This user role is designed for users responsible in entering data to JuanTax. He/She has accessed in adding contacts, creating draft transactions such as sales and purchases, generate reports and download it if necessary.
This role is designed for member of the organization that only needs to review data in Juantax. He/She has access only to view contacts, transactions and draft & filed tax report.
