FAQs on Switching between Billing Plans

This article covers all information involved in switching billing plans. JuanTax offers monthly and annual billing for the Plus plan ONLY.

Can I change my account subscription to monthly or annual billing periods?

  • Yes, you may switch between monthly and annual billing for your subscription.

Will my current promotion get transferred to my new subscription?

  • Our romotions are non-transferrable. If you get a discounted price from your previous plan this will not be transferred and you will be charged the full price for the new plan.

Can I change my subscription billing plan anytime?

For Monthly to Annual:

  • Yes, you can change your subscription from monthly to annual at any time of the year. Take note of the following example:

For example, if a user is currently subscribed to the monthly Plus plan in December 2020 and wishes to switch to the annual plan beginning January 2021, the user must advise our team on or before the last day of December. The new subscription plan will take effect on January 1st and will be charged for the annual plan of P6000 on February 5th.

For Annual to Monthly:

  • No, you cannot change subscription plans from annual to monthly at any time of the year. But you have the option to change it once your subscription is set to expire. You must request by emailing help@juan.tax or by chatting with us through the in-app chat.

For example, if a user is currently subscribed to an annual Plus plan that covers January - December 2020 and wishes to switch to the monthly plan beginning January 2021, the user must advise our team on or before the last day of December. The new subscription plan will take effect on January 1st and will be charged for the monthly plan of P600/mo. on February 5th.

Will my subscription automatically renew after my annual contract ends?

  • Yes, once your subscription term ends, your plan will automatically renew and we will continue to charge you for the annual subscription of P6,000.00. If you wish to switch to a monthly billing plan simply chat with us or send us an email at help@juan.tax not later than the month-end prior to your annual subscription’s renewal effectivity date.
