Overview:
Only the Owner (Subscriber) can update the debit or credit card details used to pay JuanTax.
JuanTax accepts Visa, Mastercard, and JCB debit and credit card payments.
JuanTax does not store your debit or credit card details. They are stored with our secure payment provider.
Here’s how you can set up your debit or credit card information in JuanTax:
STEP 1: Log in to your JuanTax account > click the organization name at the upper right hand of the page > choose Personal Account Settings.
STEP 2: You will need to complete the Billing Contact first before you can proceed with adding your credit card information or credits (top-up).
2. A. Go to the Billing Settings tab, choose Billing Contact, and click the Change Billing Contact button. A pop-up window will appear for you to enter all the required information. Hit the Save Billing Contact button once you're done filling it out.
2. B. You can also add another person to receive billing statements from JuanTax by clicking the Add another billing contact button.
STEP 3: Read our Billing Disclosure carefully and if you agree, put a checkmark on the tick box and click the Next button.
STEP 4: Please fill out all required fields with your credit card details and click the Add Card button to proceed to the next step.
STEP 5: If all details are correct, a pop-up window will appear confirming that you have successfully enrolled your Credit Card and you may now use it to pay for taxes or your JuanTax subscription.
NOTE: There might be cases where your credit card enrollment fails to push through. In these instances, a pop-up message will appear showing that enrolling your Credit Card has failed. Check this article for possible reasons for failed enrollment and what are your next steps.
Otherwise, your saved credit card information will be shown like this screenshot below.
If you wish to add/use another credit card, you can simply enter the new card details and click Add Card to save. The page will also show all the cards added to your account and give you the option to Remove or set them as default by clicking the Pay with this card button.
