Why is my Plus account locked?

This article shows how to handle locked accounts.

As one of our safety measures on protecting your Plus account, our system automatically locks an account after three (3) unsuccessful login attempts.

To unlock, satisfy the reCAPTCHA verification and click the right arrow icon.

Still can't log in? Here are a few reasons why you might haven't been able to log into your account:

  • Your username/password is incorrect

  • Misspelled username/password

  • You forgot your password again 🤦
